In-App Notifications
Starter, Pro, and Premium users receive in-app notifications within the Investography platform. These appear in the notification panel on the dashboard and are visible whenever you are actively using the platform. In-app notifications do not require WhatsApp connection or email delivery and do not count against your external notification quota.
External Delivery
External delivery via email or WhatsApp is required when you are not actively viewing the Investography platform. Email delivery is available on all plans. WhatsApp delivery requires Pro or Premium and uses your monthly WhatsApp notification allowance. External delivery is how alerts reach you when you are away from the platform during market hours.
Free Plan Limitations
Free accounts receive email delivery only. There are no in-app notifications for Free users. If you are a Free user who wants richer notification functionality without upgrading immediately, ensure your email is reliable and check-accessible during market hours to catch alert deliveries promptly.
Even if you are on Pro or Premium with WhatsApp delivery, keep email enabled as a backup for all your rules. WhatsApp delivery is faster but email provides a persistent record that you can search and review from your inbox history.
